When Joelle isn't coaching talented leaders, she can be found enjoying the goodness of life with her husband, Tim, and their fun-loving sons Jackson and Morgan. The Jay family loves to relax and play in beautiful Lake Almanor, California, in the foothills of picturesque Lassen Peak, near their Nevada home. Joelle is an avid skier, enthusiastic traveler and a perpetual beginner at golf! She is also committed to contributing her talents and time to causes that promote the advancement of women, including donating thousands of dollars to the microlending organization, Kiva, and serving as a board member for the Nevada Women's Fund.
